Would not recommend they like to accept insurance and then charge it back to you months later without calling once.

Dr Nguyen has provided quality care and thoughtful planning in an attempt to save one of my teeth from being removed. Over the last 2 years I have appreciated his thorough explanations and patience with the dental process. I hope that you do not need to visit Seattle Endodontics, but if you do, I recommend them without hesitation.

On the advice of my regular dentist, I came here to get my tooth checked out endodontically (yeah, i made up that word) - but I just found out there is a difference between a dentist and an endodontist, but I digress. My experience with these guys has so far been nothing short of amazing. First off, I'm Deaf and ALL the staff took an extra step to make me feel comfortable! They opened Notepad+ on their computer and typed out everything they planned to do, what the results of each test was and what the plan was going forward. AMAZING! Dr Dzuy Nguyen was brilliant. No pain in dealing with an infected root canal. Smooth and efficient. His Dental Assistant Perez was equally efficient and at no time was I uncomfortable. Highly recommend these guys!

Absolutely delightful experience! The staff exhibited exceptional friendliness and were exceedingly helpful throughout. Their follow-up a few days post-appointment to inquire about my well-being was a thoughtful touch. Dr. Nguyen impressed with his amiable demeanor, kindness, and personable. Prior to proceeding with treatment, he diligently explored conservative options, ensuring comprehensive care before considering more drastic measures.

Worst experience. Tried to charge me multiple times for X-rays even though I provided X-rays and was referred to them by another dentist. Then they told me it would be a certain price then when I went to check out they decided to charge me more. Then when I inquired they couldn’t give me a valid reason. Very unprofessional and thieves. I would avoid going here at all costs.
